I see. That's probably why you didn't get it yet.
I disassembled the side of the bike to install the clutch. I replaced the 22grams toilets with 24grams rollers as that is what's recommended with the HIT clutch. Also, here is a picture of how to take out the hard to reach bolt.
You just need a little longer T30 torx and it goes thought the chassis.
It gave me a hard time when I was installing the Malossi variator but not anymore. You may need to enlarged the hole for the tool to go in.

Just installed the Dr. pulley clutch and Malossi white spring on the stock configuration from Dr. pulley.
It is not on the scooter yet. I will install it on the scooter tomorrow but I won't be able to test it until August 10 when I return from my trip.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1375259866.895260.jpg

Yes it is 60mm but I couldn't find one that size so I used 2-3/8" instead. It is a cheap socket but who cares. Good ones are about $60 to $70.

Lol! It is installed but I have not tested it. I am vacationing in Europe now but I will be back in couple of days and will test it out. I also installed the 24gram rollers as too light of a roller was not recommended with this clutch.

YAM@Euro, What springs did you find best for the Clutch? It came to me with 20 clutch and 16 Pillow.

Once I install it I will Dyno it for validation.

Finally recieved my Variator form Malossi. although I would love to change it out myself, I have to travel to San Antonio.
So I dropped off all of it at the Dyno shop (shout out to 2wheel Dyno werks), He has a new guy that has done variators for
scooters and snowmobiles. they will change out the variator and clutch; dyno 22gm rollers and 22/24 mix.
we don't expect to see much HP increase, but hope to see 0-60 times improve and see what change to rpm at 70mph between stock
and modified variator.
I will keep everyone up to date, I left a camera with them to do video and pics as they go.........can't wait to get back home......to the family, yeah the family. :rolleyes:

Hi guys! this is to inform that my c600 is just out of 2 years warranty with above 12k miles. On the service, I put 28gm dr pulley slider with the guides/pieces, replace stock air filter with knm plus all the necessities of which some parts are replaced or checked. Also I put on the Memjet Evo, something like PC5 which I bought it direct from the maker in Italy for about 150euro. Recently, I did a trip almost 600 miles on trunk road and free way. Results:
1. Acceleration without Memjet Evo is slightly improved especially during start off to mid range;
2. Acceleration with Memjet Evo is better from low to mid range as I set the control at 5;
3. Getting 70mph is easier when is set the control at 10 (maximum setting) and to reach 100mph is absolutely piece of cake;
4. Mpg is bit affected with 1.3 gallon as of 1.2 gallon on stock with speed ranging from 60-74mph.
5. My left storage has a hole due to short cable provided for connectivity with the air/fuel intake of ecu.

Prior to the service, I already rode the scoot with Mivv muffler and Malossi header pipe with the cat out. In sum, these mods are not like few others that I have found so far but I am quite satisfied. Looking to get aftermarket variator or clutch soon. :)

Hi guys. Hopefully my offer on a C650gt will be accepted this week. I want them to swap the rollers out for me before I collect. I ride 90% city so don't need 90+ speed. 28g rollers sounds a bit tame. Can I go 26g? Not getting clear enough info from Dirk @ Dr Pulley Germany

Dirk in Germany has apparently been cut off from United Materials as their German distributor, end of 2018

Speaking from costly experience and their non-existent customer service, I'd stay away from the DP clutch.

You're right, 24g is way too low.

I have 28g Dr. Pulley sliders/pieces in my C600, with about 5k miles on them. I've found they help with acceleration off the line, but don't really do much to the higher end of the RPM band (it didn't need any help when it was stock). Mileage took a small hit, but I've got to imagine in your case, mileage would improve with the move from 24g to 28g.

Good luck.
