Turn Signal Button Dimensions

Hi Everyone, Hoping I can get some help from the C600 community!

my Turn signal button broke off, have been using the nub for a while now, I would like to 3d print a replacement but I dont have the old button to measure for dimensions.

Could one of you fine folks take a pair of calipers and measure the three points I think I would need to recreate this button digitally? I would gladly share it with the community when I'm done!

A: Width of the button
B Width of the tip
C Height of the tip ( and I assume height of the button overral)

Also, could you take a picture from above the button as squarely as possible to capture the curve of the left and right sides as seen from the top? So you take a one dimensional picture of the button, the "OFF" text will be visible.

I knocked this button off one evening while parking, did not notice it until I drove/rode off later. I tried finding a new button but they are not available separately, you have to buy the whole switch assembly, new or used. So printing one is definitely a good idea. My only question is how you will make the little opening at the back that fits onto the 'nub'? Will try taking those measurements later if I can locate my digital caliper.

(I ended up going back to where I lost my button the next morning and managed to find it on the street. Clipped right back on).

Well, if you want some ballpark figures, and you want to maybe get started soonish (until and if someone with your model helps you out), and if you agree that my '22 C 400 GT uses the same switch button -- the entire housing looks very similar, to me, even if we're talking 650 vs. 400 -- here are some pics I just took.

Housing:

Overall width of switch (your A distance) is c. 0.712":

Width of switch end (your B distance) is c. 0.364" (but is not at the very very end, but near that):

Thickness of switch, near the end (your C measurement) is c. 0.373":

Thanks Bill! that should do nicely
My pleasure, in the hopes that the different models of our scoots is irrelevant.

Incidentally, it just occurred to me that you might want one more measurement (which I just took). The distance outward from the grip-side bottom to the tip is c. 0.470":

Hey Everyone, Switch is finished, its not perfect, but a good alternative to having to buy the whole cluster at 300$

The file is too big to upload to the forum directly, but I will host the files on my google drive forever
if anyone runs into this post in 2056 and the links dont work reach out to me at [email protected]
