Has Anyone in the U.S. Actually Had the New Tensioner Timing Chain Installed?
The parts and recall have reached as far as Australia. I had the work done two weeks ago and two days later the letter arrived.- BAMBI

Side stand switch recall for 2013 model year
Received letter from BMW Australia today dated 4 April advising of the "Safety Related Recall". Called the dealer to arrange for the replacement and the always reliable service guy hadn't even heard about it.
