I can get my iPhone to connect to the 400. I can get my Cardo Packtalk intercom to connect to my iPhone and my 400. I can NOT get my Sena intercom (part of my Schuberth helmet) to connect with the 400. My Vespa connects with everything I throw at it.

I had the BMW rear rack installed when I was getting my first service done. Then I ordered the GIVI adapter plate (just go to the GIVI website for what you need) and installed it. Then I put the universal monokey plate that GIVI sells on that. It was pretty easy.

I totally agree. I have a 2020 Vespa GTS 300 and it seems to handle the daily bumps and dips much better than the BMW. When I owned my 2016 C650 sport, I thought it was better than the Vespa. I can so see a shock upgrade in my future.
