i also put heavier weights in my C400x.
stock is 15 grams and mine are now 16 grams.
take-off is somewhat less 'sporty' but at least the rpms match the speed now.
i would not go back to stock, it always felt like it was revving too high for the speed i was doing.
riding gravel will 'suck' with any non-nobby-tire. it takes some getting used to.
but if you really want some nobby-like tyre, go for tkc-80 if this size is available for our scoots. (wich i doubt)

anyone having problems using fuel with 5-10% of ethanol on longterm basis?
in europe we don't have fuel without ethanol anymore.
on the fuelcap a sticker shows E5 and E10 so both of our fuel choices should be accepted.
still ethanol is known for attacing rubber and plastic parts of the fuel...
so today i got the variocase opened up.
i may have found the cause of the '1/8 to quarter throttle' ticking noise.

first you see the vario in 'high gear' with very little play, then you see the vario in 'low gear' and there you have it... lots...
i found you need a unicarscan ucsi 2100 obd connector and install the motoscantool app on google playstore.
unclear is you can reset it with the lite (free) version of the app or need to upgrade to the paying version (still cheaper then going to the stealership ;-)
the vibration issues got fixed thanks to a member here that pointed out to me the bolt that goes thrue the engine ,and the nut is under the exhaust. those cannot be tightened too hard. just snug and all vibrations were gone on mine, just with this alone.
