had the update done, on the highway last night got the bike up to 95 for a few seconds and nothing happen.
1 thing I notice from update is that instead of being able to start the scoot right away I had to wait till the dash did its thing before starting other than that I felt like idle on a...
I am ok to order the part and do it myself, but I wanna make sure its the updated version, I still have 2 more years of warranty, just don't want to get in an accident.
just find it hard to believe they made to 2 different ones, but what do I know. I wonder if bmw just doesn't have enough parts to go around and that's why usa is not on the recall yet.
the dealer just told me that the European part number for the tensioner is different to the us version, and that's why they haven't issued a recall, can anybody confirm this?
I some times go to dinner at a restaurant where lots of bikers go to, some are jack-@#$$$$$ others are cool and talk to you about bikes its all about a state of mind. is it childish, maybe but I would have done the same thing ;-)
its pretty detailed, it takes a little while to play with all the options, but its just as good step by step instructions and illustrations as my Bentley repair cds. I think it came with regular mail. it was a cd copy.
