    fyi In case you get into a tussle with BMW and need the mediation service referenced in the warranty, us scooter drivers are out of luck. The language appears to be lifted from their auto warranty. Only help for two wheelers are for motorcycles in California.

    Another indication of the arrogance and indifference at BMW. Belatedly got a call from the customer rep. He admitted no one took the time to even look at the video yet they continue to claim nothing is wrong with the bike. Jeez... Oh, the reason I got the call? Since it's going on 10 months...

    Low fuel warning light doesn't work either. Ran out of gas because of it. Was expecting 50 mpg but found out was only getting 38 mpg. Other gauges seem OK.

    Dropped the bike at the dealer again. Inspection was a bit of a farce. Among the "findings" the MPG readout at the end of the test ride was 71.2, which was reported by the tech as "normal." Sent a rebuttal email about all the results to customer service but no reply.
