Got a call from Service at Wagner after filling out the customer survey that BMW sent me Seems my less than positive review of my first service raised a few eyebrows Now they take it seriously

Mine was in for 600 mile

Well good news BMW stepped up and covered repair 100% as well as one other that was in the shop for same problem. Now lets ride

Just got mine back from service with the whir New chain tensioner put in I am going to assume that is what is making the whirring sound It wasnt there before servicing and my tensioner was out of spec

Point taken Wagner is supposed to be a very reputable dealer Like the service tech said this is a new item for them, first year on the showroom floor so maybe there is a learning curve for them too Like I told the CSR at BMW NE I am just trying to be proactive

I stand corrected the fuse for the power outlet is a 7.5 located in #6, checked this morning and no good replaced socket works

I made the mistake of plugging my Gerbings into the lighter and blew the fuse on my C650GT. The fuse is not on the right side panel where all the other fuses Are it is in the left side panel. And because mine is under warrantee as it should be. I will have the dealer fix it for nada
