I did take mine back to get it checked when I had my 600 mile service done. Turns out the factory never plugged the wire in the back of the plug. Works perfect now. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk

I just tried my power socket for the first time and I don't think its working. I plugged in my phone charger and had no power. I tried it in my car and the plug works fine. Am I doing something wrong. Do I need an adapter or do i need to take it back to the shop to get it repaired?

I'm curious to know as well. I just had my first service done and had the software update also. The service adviser said it was a dashboard update. No change that I could see in change to mileage however. Seems about the same.

Shad works the same. With the top case off you can use the base plate as a cargo rack. Just as easy to remove. The Shad top case came with a bungee hook and you can use for the base plate. Normally, I just leave the top case on. I've got the backrest installed and its safer when taking my 10...

I'm not sure how much the Givi case is, but the Shad mounting kit, 40L top case with cargo rack, and back rest came in just under $300. I'd highly recommend.

I bought the Shad Top case and it was a breeze to install. Quality is good and saw the review on Web Bike World. Spot on. Really enjoy having the extra space.
