Heated grips are working fine, fuses are oke and I disconnected the battery. But nothing of that helps...

Hi, new on this forum, my girlfriend drives a 2012 BMW c650gt. The winter is coming and the heated seat doesn't function anymore, are there any fequent problems knowing for this?? I can't find anything, fuses or relay or? Maybe someone has experience?? Thanks Wim
