Close Fitting Steel "Multifunction Indicator" protection for the Rear of BMW CE04. As previously mentioned "If I find any I would post it in the Forum"
Mine arrived this morning 11th Jan 24. They're approx. 4 inches or 10.1 cm. long so you can see by my pictures if they would be suitable for your particular multifunctional indicators. They're supplied with 2 stainless steel screws as well as 2 black screws.
Contact "Samet Günay" through Facebook Messenger initially for Info. I think they're also available in Orange now too?
I forgot to mention they were actually shipped from The Netherlands by "Canberk Ackibas" the Seller "but arranged through Samet Günay
I must admit I was a little sceptical at first but as I was paying with "Paypal" I put those concerns aside & all went smoothly.

Good fit?~Yes,, Well made?~Yes,, 3mm Steel with good Black Crinkle finish?~Yes, Expensive?~Yes but still much less than just 1 replacement OEM Multifunction Indicator. guards1.jpgguard2.jpgguard3.jpg111.jpg112.jpg

I don't understand your question because I don't know what the BMW protectors are? I've never seen any and I wasn't aware BMW were making them.
But if you have them could you post a picture please.
You can see in my pictures how they fit to strengthen and protect the vulnerable indicators by preventing them from being accidentally forced back and forth.

The bmw protector (part #3 in the first picture) is a small brace type plastic piece that goes in the same place yours go, so I’m wondering if they could be mounted one on top of the other for extra protection.

The bmw ones don’t cover the indicators entirely but I added the cinch strap and strong adhesive white tape for reinforcement, and to keep the cinch strap in place, then black tape on top for aesthetics, they have held up well till now but extra protection is always welcome as I do notice they get bumped on occasionally.

Hi again, now I see where you're coming from. No, I'm sure mine wouldn't fit over yours because mine are so close fitting. Yours don't appear in the UK parts catalogue by the way? Just for your Info my indicators are approx. 4inches long x 1,5inches at the widest point or (10.1cm x 4cm) I mention that size reference because I'm not certain that the American and the European versions are identical apart from the fitting. In your picture mine mostly resemble #1. These metal guards just fit where yours fit and along the back edge to prevent movement. Although they're expensive they're well worth the cost IMO. Also before you ask the price, that would depend on their shipping cost from Europe?
The indicators on my bike are the euro spec multifunctional indicators that work as back light, stop light and turn signals, but they’re likely still different than yours as mine measure just over 3cm at the widest point, the part number for the right side indicator that I replaced is 63237924981.

And the individual part numbers for the bmw protectors are 46628829065 & 46628829066, one for each side and they’re not expensive at all.

And tbh I was thinking maybe the bmw ones could fit over something like the ones you have, but most likely not since both are close fitting pieces.

Thanx for that. The 1.5 inch measurement was with it laying flat front to back, not top to bottom. I'll check out those part #s to see if they're available here.
(not for me but the benefit of others.) Thanx again.
Then definitely a different euro spec because mine measure around 3.5 cms and I have also seen the NA spec indicators and they’re noticeably bigger than either of ours and they don’t have clear plastic over the leds, they have frosted plastic but only function as turn signals on euro spec bikes.

Here you can see my euro spec indicator on the left and the NA spec on the right, first pic is bike turned on without using the brake, second pic is bike with hazard or emergency lights turned on.
