NEED C650 TOP BOX PART
I AM MISSING A COLLAR THAT GOES AROUND THE LOCK CYLINDER TO MY TOP CASE. THE DEALER SAYS THEY CAN'T GET THE PART AND THAT I HAVE TO ORDER A NEW TOP CASE.
