    just find it hard to believe they made to 2 different ones, but what do I know. I wonder if bmw just doesn't have enough parts to go around and that's why usa is not on the recall yet.

    the dealer just told me that the European part number for the tensioner is different to the us version, and that's why they haven't issued a recall, can anybody confirm this?

    its pretty detailed, it takes a little while to play with all the options, but its just as good step by step instructions and illustrations as my Bentley repair cds. I think it came with regular mail. it was a cd copy. if anybody has a way for me to upload 8gbs of data I can share it.
