A New Type of Hat

Looks good, wonder if you can get it on and off with glasses on? Also hope medical personnel don't try to yank it off after unstrapping it, could be tough on the patient. Might need a couple of 'open here' stickers.

I like it You can put it on and take it off without removing your gloves or glasses. My problem is it's not available in 3xl.

Vertical split of the clamshell lid is right where the electronics would go, speakers specifically.
You'd have to mount the communications device forward of the split, but the rest, I don't think it would work.

Looks to me you could mount the Bluetooth unit on the rear half, run the headset and mike wires up and over under the hinge and down to the necessary places. I don't think the Sena unit would be hard to access somewhat toward the rear of the helmet's split. I think they'd be smart to modify their design to take a current Bluetooth unit as well as offering the helmet without the camera. Bluetooth is here to stay, I'd hate to get rid of mine, I like the link with my GPS, phone, and intercom with another rider or passenger.

Well, now that you mention it, I guess my Sena 5 (I think that's what it is) would probably work. Would take some creativity, I guess, but could probably fit it.

Dang....Well, I'm not a cutting edge guy, anyhow. Someone else can try to make it work and then I'll try to figure it out. OH my gosh, it sounds like I am trying to figure out how to justify buying the thing.

Nope. Got enough head gear.
