C400GT maintenance questions

Hello first time posting, I have searched the forum for gear oil change and have only found info for the C600/650 scooter, does anyone know if the C400 platform uses the same Gearbox/ diff for the c400?
It appears that the C600/650 uses 75W-90 gear oil, so I'm assuming that the same gear oil should be good to use in our scooter (C400), also it appears that there might be 2 different locations to change this oil on the C600 bike however I might be mistaken on this, if anyone can clarify that would be great.

I plan to do all maintenance on this bike myself, (aircraft mechanic)
I'm at 7000kms and Plan to change the gear oil in Sept/ OCT of this year before I store it for the winter, at which point I'll be near 15000kms, I used to own a Honda ruckus and changed the gear oil at 6000kms, and to my surprise the oil was somewhat dark and dirty, compared to the fresh AMS oil 75W-90 that I put in there. Call me a nut job for changing the Gear oil early, but I like the fact knowing that I have flushed all the metal debris out from the initial break in of the gears and bearings.

I know you figured this out already, but I just now having read this thread-I posted a similar post about the rear hub oil, today. Correct-nothing about it in the owners manual. But yes a BMW approved gear oil I found in a microfiche for the C 400 GT. The oil they show is BMW synthetic OSP -XO a PAO based 75w-90 GL-5 gear oil.
