C400X idle adjustment on early model (2019?)

can the idle be adjusted on the version that has the throttle cabels running to the throttle body?
idle is around 1500rpm and i'd like to see it around 1600-1700rmp.

1) I don't know the answer to your question.

2) But just in case you're curious and did not know this: my ride-by-wire '22 C 400 GT rapidly flip-flops between 1400 and 1500 on the RPM display at idle (having observed this a bunch of times, because I was curious -- I now have 3,100 miles on my GT).
