C400x wind buffeting

I am new to scooters and recently jumped from GS to c400x. All worked so well that I haven’t touched my GS since then (i use scooter for going to work)
Its been quite a surprise to know how good these bikes are especially comparing the comfort and convenience versus geared motorcycles when riding in local, however i do i look forward going far beyond than this.
The only drawback thats letting my c400x down is the amount of wind buffeting (hurting ears) that’s bothering me even on my 4 miles daily run (on motorway 50mph plus) My expectation from a scooter in regards of wind behaviour was actually reverse of this experience. I carefully analysed the front end body sculpture of c400x and its kind of indicating that I probably have to live with this problem until i jump back on my GS. Scooters are mostly used in local so probably not many of riders would have experienced this factor to return a feedback. If anyone out there could comment on how to deal with this would be helpful.

You should always wear ear plugs when riding a motorcycle or a scooter. Just a great habit to get into. It cuts down on the wind rush and lets you hear things you should be hearing.

Also, If you're still in the market for a Givi windscreen and you're close to Atlanta, I'd be willing to sell the Givi screen and hardware that I have. The screen is too large for me. I rode for about 1/2 a mile with it on my c400x and knew it wasn't for me.

Hi
Thanks for your feedback on this thread. I actually have now installed a GT screen on my X. It blends more aesthetically and cut off the issues i was having with original screen.

I added the vstream sport to my scoot an it cut the wind by about 1/2 and I dont have issues with buffeting any more.

Laminar Lip.
I had it on few bikes, it works by implementing Venturi effect to modify the air flow. No more wind noise, buffeting nor a neck pain.
Another, in my opinion paramount safety feature, which I install on a new bike is a powerful horn. VW (high frequency) works on BMW bikes, scooters inclusive.
