C650 ista/p cable

I am adding the alarm (DWA) to my 2016 C650 Sport. It appears to need to be programmed via ista/p. I do not have the connector under the seat, mine in the front near the battery. It appears to be an OBD2. Can anyone recommend a cable that will work and maybe tell me the protocol this bike uses?

you probably will need the motoscan app and odb2 motoscan compatible odb2 device.
