I'll admit... I'm a wuss on wet roads... but wet roads still beats that white sh*t that's been on our roads since the beginning of the year. This is my last day in Las Vegas (where I've had a rented K1600GTL to play with all week). Yesterday, I put as many (if not MORE) miles on that rented bike than I've managed on my two bikes at home since New Year's Day. And we're expecting more of that white sh*t back home when we land, too.

Supposed to be 84 inland tomorrow where we are riding up through the mountain twisties and back. I'm doing it for you!!

We rode into Death Valley on Thursday. It was 85 degrees in Furnace Creek. I see they average less than two inches of rain per year, and the temperatures peaked at 134F one year. Right now, that sounds like HEAVEN compared to the frozen wasteland the Northeast has been this year.
