In my day I was comfortable with Italian women but I never learned the language. The gist of the written piece (translated by Goggle) seems to be that Yamaha has dominated this scooter market segment for a number of years and I say, rightly so. If they stick to quality and price they will probably remain dominant. More power to them.
I've not ridden the new 530 but I have ridden my friend's older yellow/black and a 2011 model. My recollection and impression is that my C600 has a lot more power than the bikes I rode. I didn't do any knee dragging then or now so I can't comment on that aspect of handling. My C600 is fast, comfortable, great looking and sitting in my garage. Whatever else is out there, at least for my foreseeable future, is just a moot point.
