Naming your scooter

Do you have a particular name for your scooter? How do you call your scooter?

I simply call it "scoot". Say I will be out and they will ask me what I will bring, I will say, "I will bring scoot".

Some of the people I know name their scooters and their cars. I have a girl friend who calls her scooter Alex, short for Alexia.
Some of her friends call their scooters also by name.

My brother calls his Mitsubishi Montero "Monthy". And my neighbor calls his Fortuner "Forthy".

Do you have a name to call your scooters or cars? Or do you find it too cheesy?

I like to call mines The Viper. It sounds cool and chicks love it.

I used to have a car that one of my friends call it Sandy (after the bear from SpongeBob Squarepants). When I sold the car and bought my Mio, I also just suddenly called it Sandy and since then I and everyone else calls it Sandy.

I have named my scooter as Shadowfax. Earlier I used to call it Bladerunner but I changed it since a lot of other people were using similar names. My family and neighbors love the new name and make it a point to address my scooter as shadowfax as if it is a living person.

I had another scooter called "Tha Banger".

I called it that because I use to always run into things when I rode it.

Their names are really cool! Makes me want to change mine into something that has a different appeal. I actually has no name for it. "Scoot" is just a short for scooter, so yeah, technically there is still no name yet. For convenience, I just call it "scoot". But I have been calling that for a very long time, which makes me also think if I will change it or not. Don't you think mine is pretty lame? "Scoot". Does not even have a recall at all! Unlike The Viper, The Banger, ShadowFax. Very fierce, if you ask me. Unlike "scoot".
