oil in cvt case? on new 2022 c400 gt

I have a question for those with this bike, I have a new 2002 gt that has presented itself with oil found collecting "but not dripping" from the air vents at the rear of the CVT case. I have had several maxi scooters and none have ever exhibited this. this bike barely has 2000 miles on it and has been taken pristine care of throughout the break in and beyond. I have first check for the bike at the end of the week and am not too happy about the prospects of the shaft seal or drive seal leaking. It is certainly under warranty but this is a big deal to me because oil in the clutch assembly or belt is a huge no no and may result in the replacement of the entire drive system. Belt, clutch and all may have to be replaced if compromised with engine oil. has anyone else seen oil collecting under the rear ports of their cvt? I love the bike but I'm now concerned with build quality of what is easily one of the very most expensive scooters available. I am hopeful the dealer does not try and pull some BS and takes complete care of it promptly.

Keep us posted. Hopefully they have everything available to fix it and you won’t be waiting for weeks. I’ve learned if I want trouble free operating then Japanese is the way to go however bmw gives more emotions (good and bad lol)

I seem to have this issue with my 2022 C400GT. 1000 miles on the clock. Has to go back to BMW under warranty but would like to know how you got on as I would not be expecting oil to be leaking from a dry CVT case.
