Reving on center stand.

It depends, how fast are you trying to wind it up? It's easy to hit the rev limiter when the rear wheel is off the ground. I can wind mine up to an indicated 80mph or more on the center stand with no problem.

I never knew traction control could be switched off. Probably needs to be done after each start-up.

Correct it defaults to on… I tried once but you can also just force (keep giving gas) and after a while traction control switches off on its own. After that you see a light on your next ride but after a few kilometers it resets. Otherwise use a OBD app to clean the error code
