Roadside Assistance Contact Info

Hi everyone,

I'm a few rides into my new C650GT. With the weather finally starting to cooperate here in the NE, I'm starting to plan longer rides. I read Jamie's roadside assist problems from last summer. I realize that I don't even have an "800 number" for BMW roadside assistance and haven't been able to find one even after a pretty intense google search. How do you contact roadside assistance during the warranty period? And can anyone recommend a company/organization after the BMW roadside assistance period runs out? Some AAA chapters offer moto roadside assistance but not in New England. I've also looked into AMA. Any suggestions welcome.

I visit this on-line community almost daily. Great idea sharing by people in the know. Thanks.

That is the card my dealer gave me to carry. You might have to inquire as to what your specific member number is...or use mine if in a pinch.

You should get the membership information about a month or so after you've taken delivery of your bike. That's when mine came in. BUT you should've gotten the information posted earlier in your ownership package from your dealer. Don't search Google; search through all the paperwork your dealer gave you when you paid for your scooter and took it home. If he didn't give it to you, then go back and remind him that he forgot to give it to you.
