Service manual?

I haven't found a printed manual but this one from eBay on disk covers a lot of stuff, a bit tricky to get the program running but it is worth the money. I don't know if they have any more but it might be worth a message to the seller.

I have purchased the one off of ebay awhile ago and it covers, as far as I can tell all bikes back to the R50. This is a copy of the manual BMW produced for there dealers.
I have punched in a few of the older bikes serial numbers and the bike descriptions came up with instruction. The diisk has 8 gigs of data. I was able to copy it to my hard drive. Others have said it is not possible but use a program that extracts (not copy). It just works off the disk. Today if I load up the software it comes up as out of date but it still works for all the bikes on it. If you have for example a 2014 the disk will work but just use the 2013 scooter description. Obviously the serial number system will not work.

What exactly do you call a service manual? Maybe "workshop" or "repair and service data"? Try this one DVD.~7.7 Gb
URL - yadi.sk/d/Vobb8mXGJ4CRT
This disc is used staff of service centers. No installation.
To start using the DVD drive emulator like Daemon Tools.

If you have problems with the download or the speed decreases strongly, write me PM. I then give the *.torrent file. But this will require additional software to install. Dropbox panicked because increased traffic.

I suspect this posting won't last long once the admins realize it is advocating piracy of copyrighted material. Grab it while you can.

If you do not want (need) - do not download. You can drive to the services and they will do everything for you. And someone wants to deal with the bike on you own, so can find this stuff, is not here, so on Russian BMW forums. This DVD contains a lot of useful information, such as programs that involve one or another bike, recalls, or service plans. Moments shaded bolts, fastening methods of plastic, wiring diagram & ect. Remove link - welcome PM. I will always help motobro.

Hey, I appreciated the link. I grabbed a copy myself last night. I'm just saying it may represent a legal hassle for the admins of this forum, that's all.

Ssshhhhhh.....don't wake the baby, maybe they'll not notice. Ok, maybe they will, so I'll happily give a big thank you and download my "for educational and reference" copy asap.

So I was extracting the file RSD_062013 onto a memory stick so it is portable. I already had the file RSD_032013 on a dvd and it worked fine but I wanted portability. When extracting the file it came up with 29829 errors which is about 15000 preview and about 15000 small pictures, even still most of the pictures did come up fine as I did compare error files and the program running. Did anyone else experience this or is this something that only happens when when you extract to the memory stick and not the hard drive.
I am later going to extract it to a micro sd card and see if it will run on my tablet.

I just mount the ISO file as a "Virtual Drive" on my copy of Windows running under Oracle's "VirtualBox." No need to burn the image to a DVD at all for me. There are probably tools to let you access the ISO as a drive if you're running Windows natively but I haven't bothered to look.

As far as I know Carl, the easiest answer is, file needs to be burned to a dvd.
