Emilio, my 2013 used the AH version, would probably make sense to order both (if you can't get a definitive answer) and return the unused set. If I remember the weight for my 2013 was 30gr. I hope this helps, Youtube was a good source of info for me as well and other internet searches showing dyno graphs for various weights, found for everyday operation the "standard" weight was the best option.
