Storing the scooter for 30 days

Hello,
I was wondering what exactly do I need to do if I want to keep the bike standing for approx 30 days? I assume putting it on centre stand is a good start, but what about the battery? Do I leave it as it is, or disconnect it? I am using the bike on a daily basis, so hopefully this sudden change won't be a shock for the bike or battery (or anything else)!
If you have any other tricks, I will be happy to hear them.
Thanks

Are you going to park it inside, or out? What's the weather going to be like? For a month you really shouldn't need to do anything. Cover it, fill the tank, put it on the center stand if you want but it should be fine. If you have a battery charger you might top it off before the first ride.

Nice thing about mechanical devices, they don't remember what happened last month or even an hour ago. It won't care that you are suddenly ignoring it.

I agree that 1 month is nothing to worry about. I would connect a battery charger/maintainer (trickle charging). Pour some fuel stabilizer in the tank (ran the bike for a few minutes); but this might be overkill (but it won't hurt either).

And I was worried that the machine will miss me!
