They are available online but at £25 each (about $45 CAD). So I made my own for £2.

One A4 Gloss Orange vinyl self adhesive sheet.
One A4 Gloss Black vinyl self adhesive sheet.
Cut an orange circle 6 inches in diameter or 15 Centimeters.
then use the black sheet to cut out eyes & mouth.
Cut the whole thing through the center and bingo.
2 half smilies one for each side,
Clean the surface on the bike with Alcohol,
