Hello,
I was thinking that since the C400GT is made by Loncin, is the quality on par with European BMW or with the Chinese brand?
Many mention this as a negative, but is it really if BMW quality checks it so it is a “European quality” model?
Thank you so much for the help! I will try to do it myself, although my friend is an engineer so that would be the easy way haha.
2) Yes that’s me.
4) Hope so, will ask.
6) I have asked about the price from the official dealer.
Guarantee doesn’t cover it obviously since it’s the transportation company’s mistake, so I will claim the money from the transportation company. Since the dealer is far from me (I’m the guy that was thinking of sacrificing the guarantee and eventually I didn’t), I won’t send it again there since...
Brand new. Sent it to the dealer for the first 1000km service. I called them an hour ago and the sent me the picture of how the transport company delivered it. Apparently the transport company did this, check the picture, the way the tied the motorbike is horrible, just over the ABS cable.
Hello.
You need to connect the bike to the helmet/Cardo.
You can go to the bike’s menu settings, and connect it on the same menu you connected your phone at “Connect Helmet”.
I sent them an email to ask. Will see.
Although, I’m considering sending the bike (with a transportation company), will cost 300 euros to send it and bring it back, but will still keep the guarantee and I won’t have to travel for so much time.
The problem is:
Is it possible to turn off the Service light and message?
I saw this video:
And then I called the local Honda dealer that also does services for any motorbike and told me that it won’t be possible to turn it off for him.
Thanks for your reply.
I understand that having such an experience you can’t advise me otherwise, haha.
Thing is, that if some damage happens, I know I’ll have to pay for it.
But, having to travel for a total of 11-12 hours, and the cost of it, (200-300 euros since I have to stay overnight)...
Hello, brand new C400GT.
I’ve already done 650km with it, I have to do it’s first service at 1000km, so it’s close.
I was thinking:
The closest Motorrad dealer is 5.30 hours (drive and ferry since I live on an island) away from me. So I have to invest a whole day to go and come back, and also...
Yes all good. I misunderstood how it works.

Something came up.
When I start the bike, when all the lights turn on, every one of them works. But after the check ends, the green light that shows that the lights are on, turns off, even if the lights are on.
Is that a problem already?
EDIT:
I got it all wrong. It’s just the day light, that’s...
All clear. Thank you so much! I do have the manual and it’s only in German, and I don’t speak it. I found it online in English and I saw it too. Thanks for your help
