I picked up a lightly used C400X with the connectivity package but not the heated grip/seat package. The price was too hard to pass up. I see that BMW has the factory heat grips available now at a pretty crazy price however, has anyone added heated grips/seat?

No issues at all on the freeway at 65-75. The CVT moves through its gears up until 75mph (RPMs stay near peak torque) once you cross 75mph the CVT is at its max gear and you need to start using RPMs to go faster. Even cursing at 80mph isnt an issue for the scooter, it more the wind coming at you...

I have a C400X, looks like BMW has a tall screen option but that's only 2 inches taller, seems hardly worth it. I've also seen the Givi option, that one looks almost too big/wide and weird shaped. Any other options? I'm 6 feet tall and would probably like to add about 4-6 inches to the screen...

I just picked up a C400X (Former C600 Sport owner). I have noticed some oddities that I don't have with my other scooters and was just wondering if they are normal on this platform... 1. Front Brake Lever- You have to pull this quite far to get it to start working unlike the rear brake lever...

Ok, so there might be 4 washers missing, I don't remember using them, but just a heads up. Doesn't look like anything custom however. You will also need some double stick velcro as that's what part of the handguards use for attachment. I used the set that came with the handguards of course...

Any local New England guys want a good deal on the windshield and hand guards? They really made a huge difference in wind and noise while riding. I don't really want to ship it due to size and I want to get rid of this stuff ! :)

Nope, it's not. From what I know that is what it looks like if it comes from BMW. The aftermarket ones just come with a cheesy looking red/white sticker. (That I didn't use). This isn't a fashion piece ;)
