Got my recall notice today.

I have been in contact with my BMW dealer about updates and recalls. I am scheduled next month to take my C GT650 into the shop for an update to the instrument panel software and the luggage rack and side kick stand recalls. I have not had any problems with the BMW. I am in the Missoula, MT area.

I am also 5' 9" with a 29 inch inseam. I also stop with my tiptoes, but I have not found this to be a problem. Always wear good foot wear. I also will lean to the left and put my foot flat on the ground. I had a Triumph America (2005) and had the same problems with height. The 650GT is better...

I have been riding since 1963 and I have always worn a helmet. The helmet has saved my noggin serval times. I wear heavy double lined pants. I have four different jackets I wear depending on the weather. I also have two sets of gloves. Hot weather gloves and cold weather gloves. I always wear boots.

Just joined the forum. Just bought a new red C650GT on Monday.
