I had this issue with my C400gt, back and forth to the dealers and couldn't resolve it. One year later and realised it was the smart lock on my Samsung phone. Set it to disable smart lock when it was connected to bike or car and home WiFi. All works well now.

Hi Lucius Did you ever sort your rattle? My 12 month old GT TFT screen area rattles, when I touch the TFT screen it stops. The dealer serviced it last week and say they never experienced it so could not fix it. Funny as it is all the time at low speeds. I expected more from a BMW dealership...
