2020 bmw c650 GT complete bike part out

Got the bike from tow yard, made a key, no start. Took it to mechanic and looks like I have no compression in one of the cylinders

Parting out complete bike, all fairings damaged and spray painted
Located in concord ca 94519

Check old threads, someone posted how they managed to save an engine whose timing chain had slipped causing as I recall a no start no compression like yours, simply by re-timing the engine - no permanent damage in his case. You might get lucky. Such a low mileage bike too!
