Hi Everyone,
just in case anyone is looking to upgrade to the C Sport's big engine and stable ride, get another one or simply buy an executive C600 sport scooter for the first time I've decided that it's time to sell my terrific 2013 C600 Sport (it's a 110mph 650cc engine so I don't know why it's called a 600). I've not been able to ride it for the past three years due to a lively engagement with cancer - I won but it left a few problems that have stopped me riding, otherwise I wouldn't dream of selling the scooter.
She's in excellent condition, with only 5,060 all-California backroad miles on the clock, a full strip down service at the South San Francisco BMW scooter specialists just a couple of hundred miles ago, complete with a top to tail health check with upgrades and a pair of brand new tires. Comes with the C600 Sport Top Box (same key) although this sits on a shelf in the garage as I prefer the reduced length, and there is so much space under the seat who needs it unless you are touring? I don't need to tell you, but the C600 Sport is a great bike, and shedding all the extra weight and width of the GT makes it an exhilarating fun ride around the twisty back roads as well as an easy auto ride for everyday commuting on main roads. She's very comfortable, extremely easy to ride but also very fast with exciting off the line speed, and ultra dependable - and like everything BMW, one of the safest scooters around, with big wheels and efficient weight distribution... definitely not your mother's teeny wheel corner'n'crash Vespa!
The bike lives in Pebble Beach, near San Francisco, and while the going rate for one with much more mileage is $6,200 - $7,500 (with such low mileage in this great condition I'd expect more) I just want to her to go to someone who will ride and look after the bike, so I'm only looking to get $3,900 to cover my service and upgrade costs - and I can ship anywhere in the country at your cost.
