Is the charger supposed to come with both 120v and 240v plug ends? Also does it come with a wall hanger?
I only got the 120v end when a picked up the bike
Any input would be appreciated

Hello Kevin
If I'm not mistaking the charger comes 120v in North America only and there is no wall hanger.
If you want 240v you need to get a wall mount unit type 2 the same as the car, the other thing is did you get the regular charger or fast charging one?
The regular goes up to 10amp the fast charging will go to 30 amp.
Cheers
Yves

The charger is actually a level 2 dual voltage charger that came with my scooter. The limit is at 10a with the current 15a 120v plug end You won’t get 30a level 1 on the plug that is supplied
My bike will fast charge on my level 2 240v chargers no problem. It would be nice to have a back up level 2 charger in the house as I already have 2 electric cars but for the price of the adapter cable I can get another charger

If your Scooter charge at a max of 10 amp that mean your inside the scooter charger is the regular and not fast charging one the outside one doesn't matter. The type 2 is the same for both.

That is incorrect. You will never charge at a higher rate then the plug is capable of. With that said, most chargers will limit you to 10 amps on a 15amp 120v circuit
If I use my level 2 240 volt car charger I get to the 30amp limit on the bike. It is pretty quick just over 1hr ish for full charge 120v will always be level 1

From the manual
Charging time

Charging time of the high- voltage battery with standard charging cable
210 min, 80% charge for charge current: 10 A 260 min, 100% charge for charge current: 10 A

Charging time of the high-volt- age battery with Mode3 charging cable
with quick chargerOE
65 min, 80% charge for charge current: 30 A 100 min, 100% charge for charge current: 30 A

So it mean you have the Quick charger on board your scooter it's a extra when you buy it here.

Hi Fullum,
Yes. I believe all the USA scooters come with quick charger on board. I have not confirmed that though. That is the AC to DC converter built in to the scoot. It still requires the correct external charger to make that happen

Here it was a 1000$ extra and personally i don't have a use for it, I charge at home at night every 4 days If I need I ca always used the 240v charger around the city at 10 amp who give me a bit faster, but at home it cost me about 90 cent a charge so it's cheap.

I mostly slow charge also but, It's really nice to have a fast charge back up. My recent mission has been to ride around to all the local chargers and see if they work.
I wish I had a bit more range but, 60-65 miles seems to be pretty solid for me without sweating about it.

Hi, As far as I'm aware the supplied charger plug is Country specific, The standard voltage for household outlets in the United States is 120 volts and in the United Kingdom for instance the standard is 240 volts so the domestic household plugs & sockets are totally different and wall hanger/brackets are not supplied. Check out "Ali Express" for a wall charger bracket/hanger

A wall mount for the charger does exist. I found one in a webshop here in Europe. The website is in Dutch, but the picrure might help you.
It is advertised as a wall mount for the flexible car charger. Fits my charger perfectly.2024-10-1806.47.141878490611159652468.webp

The part that slides in the wall plated is screwed directly in the provided screw holles on the charger.
Wall plugs weren't in the package, it does come with 8mm black screws (but I only found them after I used these rvs ones)

Hi Zandman
I saw those available. Definitly a better setup. I wasn’t sure what was supposed to come with the bike. Apparently a zillion dollar scooter doesn’t come with the basics like that. Thanks for the pics!

staying on the charger topic ish
I have found that I can charge the scoot with an EcoFlow. Delta 2 max if you bond the neutral and ground on the input plug of the charger
This can be verified by just plugging in to your household plug with the breaker tripped. Or making a female plug end with the neutral and ground jumped together. You can also easily verify by plugging EcoFlow in to the bonding plug and unplugging it as the charger shows a fault when unplugged and it goes away once plugged back in. this makes solar charging pretty easy
