But if not, I have a like-new (9,000 miles) OEM seat from a 2019 that will fit your 2016. Depending on the design of the Corbin, and whether it is heated for the GT, I'd be willing to cover the shipping costs for the swap.

I’ll get pictures soon, keeps slipping my mind. The stock backrest can be adjusted right? The reason for moving from the Corbin is the backrest is too deep for me at 5’-6”. Arms are almost fully stretched to the bars and can’t get my feet on the front floorboards without sliding up

Correct. As noted in the owner's manual, the OEM seat is put on the bike in the rearmost position. You can move it two positions forward with a few screws.
To make matters worse (for you), the Corbin seat adds one inch in the rearward direction vs. the stock seat (per talking with Corbin).
I'm 6'1 and need a touch more room to extend my legs fully. A Corbin seat would do that for me. Sounds like we may be able to help each other.

Sounds great, Ill get some pictures today. Its all black leather with black stitching and integrated seat warmer for rider and pillion.
