Ctek 12v Lead

I have a BMW branded CTEK charger for the car and wondered if the optional 12v socket lead with indicator would play nice with the bikes Can Bus.
Can anyone give me a confirmed yay or nay on this?

Can I use a Optimate 4 charger on my 2025 C400 (four weeks out) using the power port in the glove box, as I have been doing for years on a GTL and GA?

With only, seemingly anyway, one member charging it through the DIN, it shows just how much confusion there is surrounding this.
If a dealer says it can be done then I'd assume the CTEK should be good.

Aye, I think moving forward this is probably the best way to go. At the minute I'm just needing a quick fix.
