Problems with scheduled charging

Dear All,
I'm trying to charge my CE04 throught a wallbox. The problem is that my CE04 seems to be sleeping and when the charger tries to send power to the scooter at the set time, the scooter does nothing. When it happens, if I try to start the scooter pressing the start button, suddlenly it starts charging.
My opinion, when scooter is off during a short period of time, it's not possible to charge it using wallbox.
Is it possible to modify any settings of the scooter to allow charging it when it's off during more that 1 hour (for example)? There is no problem to start charging when the scooter just went out.

Don’t know of any settings.

Have you tried doing a short charge, leaving the bike plugged in then the timed charge? It might trick the bike into resuming the charging session.

Apart from that I’m out of ideas.

No, I haven't tried in that way. I'll do it to see how it behavies.

Tested and it doesn't work, the bike doesn't wake up when timed charge begins.
