Seat modifications for C650GT

I'm pretty tall with long legs and find the stock seat a bit short on legroom. Tonight I took off the riders backrest and found some much needed space. Now I need to think about a little relocation of the backrest. I've thought about some brackets under the backrest that would raise it up and back without being too tall or maybe some longer bolts with some kind of bushing for additional support. Any ideas out there?

Am picking up my C650GT from Corbin later this week. They have created a touring seat using my bike as the model. It will have optional seat heating and back rests for both driver and passenger. Which should be easy to use for the driver if you get on your bike by sliding your right foot through in from of the seat. I will post pics first and then a review after I get out on it some. Pretty hot here in Phoenix so I may not get many miles in until Sept.
