Spring is in the air.

Nice sunny day here in the Highlands so brought out the Gt and after a quick check over fired up. Settled into a nice burbling sound via the Akrapovic. Wash and polish tomorrow then out for a run, somewhere. We are spoilt for choice really so spend too much time deciding what route to take. As long as there is a wee cafe en route, perfect. Your post makes me realize how double spoilt we are here in the warmer climates - we had 34 degrees celcius here last week, and I can ride year-round in t-shirt most of the time ... I think the C600-650, or any heavy displacement maxi scooter really, is the perfect motorcycle for gunning through the twisties that we have around here: plenty of power, not too heavy, good handling and best of all not having to constantly shift for all the de- and accelleration negotiating the curves.

Not as spoiled as us in Australia where I ride all year round for sure! )))
And the Great Ocean Road is only 2h away! (Think “Big Sur”)
But then the costs of motorcycling go up as I ride much more…50K kms in less than 3y
