Purchased my CE04 for from Vegas BMW dealer. Took 12 weeks to deliver, dispite paid in full day one.
Had issues with the charging, and took it to my local dealer.
They took 1 week to discover it needs a new high voltage unit.
They do not have a qualified technician to do this work.
They transported to a differenty BMW dealer, that was good of them, admitted they were incompitant.
The new, (third), BMW dealer in Scostsdale Az ordered the part.
This will take 3 weeks to be delivered. Who knows how long to install
Paid cash, had one week to ride in about 4 months.
Range is so limited I hope I dont need a trailer to get it back.
Maybe it will be better after the repaire, but it is very vinny, (lots of strange sounds), is falls way short of the advertised range, and the advertised range sucks.

My 2022 BMW CE 04 had way too many niggling electronic problems along with that frustrating fragile rear turn signal issue, the small range and my dealer was 150 miles away one way and I’ve seen recently how used electric vehicles are tanking in prices in the used market. BMW dealers in the Twin Cities are having trouble selling these electric scooters and are sitting on inventory that hasn’t sold in many months. I’m glad I was able to trade in mine for $10K last December and get a decent deal on an excellent ICE motorcycle at the same dealership. My experience with customer service trying to fix some of these electronic problems with BMW corporate was less than ideal, to be kind.

You may want to check if Nevada/Arizona have lemon laws that would cover this electric scooter. If they do, you may want to consider bailing out completely with a full refund. Another option to consider would to be to ask the dealer if you could use your broken CE04 as a down payment on an ICE motorcycle in stock they carry. Good luck in whatever you do and welcome to the forum.
