I don’t have a garage and I keep my scooter on the street. I have purchased a heavy weight cover from BMW for winter season and I also have the cover that’s specifically designed for the C650GT. However, I’m noticing moisture or water in the trunk. Has anybody else had water or moisture in the trunk?

I keep mine outside too and I never see any water on it.

It might be condensation. The top box is one of the highest points on the bike other than the windshield. Water vapor tends to rise and collect. You could try to vent the cover better to allow more air currents to pass through. One other easy solution would be just to remove the top box when the bike is stored under cover. Leave it off unless you need it for more carrying space.
