Thanks but 2016 models demand more than my budget. I wouldn't use it enough to warrent the cost as l have other scooters.

The Mark 2 versions (twin barrel silencer) had improved take off due to revised roller weights and hydraulic cam chain tensioner, the earlier spring tensioner was prone to snapping and destroying the engine.

Hi Karl, I used to live in Peterborough... family and friends still there... I have a 2019 C650GT and a 2017 K1600GT...... did you get yourself a C650??

Hi Andy yes l did get myself a c600 thats been off the road since 2017. But after preping it for the MOT on the way the camchain started rattling so got that to do, No big deal as lm in no hurry this time of year to ride it. But it will be done before the bike/scooter season starts.

Excellent stuff! Love projects like that! Used to buy and sell older BMWs and Honda ST1100s.... found many ‘barn finds’, had fun doing them up and made a few quid when I sold them! Good luck with it and hope you enjoy it too!
