Which years had ride by wire?

I notice on the BMW website that the C400 series has ride by wire, but when did this start? Do previous years also have it?

I don’t know without researching it, but I can tell you that both my former MY ‘22 and my current MY ‘23 C 400 GT have throttle-by-wire.
