Tao Tao 50 cc It will only turn that small amount under a 12 volt charge. It will keep turning at about 13.7 sometimes it turns over sometimes it just cranks. When it does turn over it only stays on under throttle. I adjusted valves to .005 I cleaned carb last week however it's been sitting...

I installed new battery ,bendix bushing, bendix and starter. However my voltage is dropping on crank . The starter isn't spinning any more however it makes contact with bendix n cranks but no turnover. I'm letting it trickle charge to 12.5 v I'm going to let it go to 13.5 then 14 hopefully this...
