Just a poll to see if anyone has had any issues with the new updated C400. I have just got mine so too soon to form an opinion, but would be interested to see if BMW have corrected all the previous faults on earlier models.
As i understand it, the new design consist of :
Ride by wire eliminating throttle cables.
Improved front brake system.
New idle throttle bypass system built into throttle body. ( Replacing the dodgy air box valve ).( eliminating the coming to halt stall )
Revised cylinder head.
Self calibrating and improved traction control system
Revised clutch spring ( eliminating the coming to halt stall )
Sensor on Alternator
Improved Cat and exhaust sensor.
Total reprogramming of ECU system.
