BMW GPS Mount for '16 GT?

Hello all!

I was wondering if anyone has actually received a GPS mount from BMW for their '16 GT. I've had one on order for two months and he never my dealer calls BMW, the release date gets pushed back and they are showing on a world wide back order. I wonder what the hold up is.

I've done a few multi-day trips so far and I miss mot having my Nav V along for the ride.

I'm not sure if that's the right one or not. Dealer called yesterday and said they found one at another dealer in FL and are having it shipped in. Should have it next week.

It should be. Bascially, it's just a platform that the GPS attaches to. My Navigator mount is on the K1200LT, so they just attached the Garmin mount I had on my old TMAX to the BMW mount. That was originally attached to a RAM Mount, but they were easily able to attach it to this instead.

It's a metal piece that screws into the handlebar cover, and a pivoting plastic block pre-drilled for the Garmin is attached to that. Everything else is included with the BMW Navigator V (or any Garmin Zumo you'd care to use instead).

I dig. I simply wasn't aware of the correct part number (I don't have my paperwork handy) or if there were any changes because the handlebar cover changed in '16.

I already have the Nav V from my 12GSA which came with a mount already on it. I've already purchased the cradle. I was just waiting for the mount and thought it was strange after two months it was still on a global back order.
