Brakes and Engine Sound

Do the brake lights come on when off throttle on the bike? Anyone come up with a e-sound device for the ride? Back in the early days Toyota did not add any sound effect when traveling on battery model only going forward nor backward. They now do that on their hybrid cars/suvs. Just seems very unsafe to have a bike not make any sounds at all on public roads to me because no one can hear that you are there or beside them.
Thanks

Yes, the brake lights come on during deceleration.

Yes, there is a whining noise, particularly at lower speeds. It's enough for folks, particularly vulnerable road users (pedestrians, cyclists) to take notice.

I would suggest investing in visual noise rather than auditory noise. For visibility, I wear a hi-vis helmet & airbag vest, as well as the Skene conspicuity lights in the front and back.

Thankfully, we do not allow lane splitting in Florida lol. Would worry me too much with such little sound the bike makes. Wonder what canbus accessory lights would work on the bike?
