c600 wont start

my c600 seat went to get a new color. now i am trying to start it without the seat and it does absolutely nothing not even try to start, can anyone let me know if the bik tries to start with the seat ope or if it does nothing?

I run my bike, with the seat open all the time. So it's not that, is it on the side stand by chance, that has a motor interrupt switch.

You cannot start with side stand down. On the center stand is ok
