Hey guys if you've driven your CE 04 for any period of time then you know if you take you hand off the throttle for a second to stretch your fingers, regen kicks in to slow the bike. Short of stopping you can't rest you hand. As a solution and more important a cruise control, these inexpensive "Go Cruise" devises work great. I've used these for years on my bikes for travel. In addition a steady throttle increases range a bit also.

By just slipping it over the throttle grip and tightening the control knob so it creates enough friction, is all it takes to install. When you reach the speed you like just push the control with your thumb (as shown) to the set speed. When you want to release it no big deal, just just twist the throttle to idle and it's off.

Enjoy - Mike

Yeah I went through a few different versions this is by far the least complicated. Most of the other cruise devises you have to dis-engage something to release it. This one you just twist it to idle and its off.

If some cage comes across your way you don't have time to screw with releasing anything. LOL

Since I only use mine for commuting, it's just not worth worrying about a cruise control. There's never a long enough stretch before a stop light comes up to have that need.
